This will be it as far as dyno days go (unless someone else organises one). There's a couple of shows run by the VW Club SA and Volks Enthusiast club but they are in March and November.

We would love to have some visitors. Let us know if you're coming across and we can plan some other events for the weekend.

was is the aim of dyno days, will any tuning be available? never been to one of these days before, ive got a mk6 tdi golf if that helps

There's a few reasons to run your car on the dyno. First is to check that it's running right - people have actually picked up issues with their cars by running on the dyno. Second is if you are modifying and to see what it's output is and you can get before/after to check that you're getting the improvements that you expect. Also with the dyno day you'll also get comparison data against a number of other similar cars with different levels of mods.

I'm not sure how many diesels we'll have, however you can also look back at previous dyno day results to see what the outputs were in previous years.
