i got it from ebay actually... brand new, used twice. ended up being from my mate too haha.. $50 score! .. however in blue, but its there to protect not make my car look good! ill be leavin thurs night prob, and back to syd on sundy night or monday day it seems for now.

I think it's about time the sydney guys started their own thread, with more specific ideas about a road trip in it.

(this thread is a general thread for DOVW)

There's a fair bit of planning that goes into a roadtrip like this, and with all the interest from those in SA and QLD, something needs to be done to ensure a proper plan is laid out, especially for a multistate roadtrip.

In this new thread you can discuss things like dates, times, locations, accomodation, flight details etc etc etc. There's alot that goes into it all! Also an attendee list too

It would also be the place to arrange for free accomodation and taxi-ing servies from us melbourne guys, so we can garentee beds/lifts etc so no-one gets left out!

Anyways just an idea.

the time/dates if i were leaving would be different from others, my car might also be trucked down as well through work which might still happen. altogether i might not be able to even go as i said other thread my staff have they're time off at the same time so i might not be able to get any time off at all in the end

but if i were to drive/make it, i'd be leaving randomly due to work etc! love to have a convoy.. but yeah work commitments.. SUCK!

Its also not that hard to find places to stay and I don't know about everyone else but I want garaged parking if not then I will be sitting patiently by my car with a bat

At this stage planning to leave either Thursday or Friday and depending on how I go even like Pierre said and trailer due to work constraints I might not be able to leave until Friday night
