QLD Leon's Dyno Day

Due to forecast rain Leon's Motors Dyno Day has been re-scheduled to Saturday June 21st. Please pass the word around.

Last year the competitor list ranged from a brand new Volkswagen UP! to Michael Nash's drag Beetle. Numbers are limited to 30 cars only, air-cooled and VAG, and must be pre-booked. Each entrant receives a commemorative plate courtesy of VWMA and Leon's Motors, along with goodies from Volkswagen Genuine Parts. Please see the attached flyer for all the details.

Leon's Motors Dyno Day is less then two weeks away. Limited numbers so book early. Free show'n'shine and swap. VWDCQ will cater breakfast and lunch. Coffee van on site. Plenty of parking. Commemorative dyno plate for all entrants plus a bag of auto goodies. Always a good VW day out.

By entering will we know roughly what time of day we'll be ran on the dyno? I can't sit around all day waiting, so would want to be reasonably accurate to say what time I'd be ran and can take off after...

It's on this Saturday 21st June. VWMA photographer James Whimp will be on hand to capture all the action for the August issue of VWMA, both on the Dyno and in the car park. Good day out.

No, mate really 235HP ..... It's at the wheels though, so 175kw at the wheels. I thought it would do more but I suppose the figures are a reflection on what the dyno delivered on the day.
