Lunch, im not sure mate, but as there are going to be 6 of them from mercury im sure they will be able to handle it and id guess around 12-1pm.
As for the refund itll be give on the day when you come and let us know you have arrived (signed in)

i want to see the ferrari as well, but my run is on at 2.45pm.....a bit of a shame, contemplating seeing it and hanging around for the 4 hourss. i reckon all polos should've gone together....a bit of tough comp!

Yes i did think about putting them all together but as simon did most of the hard work orgainisng it he asked if it could be seperated just to make it a bit more interesting for everyone.

And the Guy in the Ferrari is also got his mini so he needed to be mid morning so that he could go and get the mini and come back.
