Dylan, if you were in an unfamiliar car during one of your first happy laps, it's not on to brake mid-Kink or mid-Hungry with a happy laps veteran behind you in a car with which he is very familiar. Move over, let him pass and test out your car without someone behind you. It's just courtesy.
As a general comment, everyone defends their actions by saying "it is happy laps after all" or "remember it's happy laps". Sorry, but that's not an excuse. There are still rules of decorum and there is accountability. If it's not common sense, then these things just need to be enforced. Otherwise, they'll keep happening. Just my 2 cents.
