Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Guys, any suggestions for a location for the next coffee meet? This one will be next Wednesday, January 7.

    We haven't done Norwood in a while, or the hills... although I'm not sure I know of anywhere that does coffee in the hills after 8pm? (I've heard the Stirling Hotel is decent though.)

        Yes Stirling would allow people to meet up for a "pre-coffee" at Taylor Blende

          I agree stirling would be great. Stirling hotel does good coffee and is open later than 8, also does good food for those interested.

              Alright, excellent, sounds like a plan.

              Let's call it the Stirling Hotel (Bistro) at 8pm for coffee, or 7pm for dinner for those keen. I'll try to get up there for a feed beforehand.

                    Ok guys. Given the current fire, we've decided to organise a charity meet/cruise. Details yet to be finalised. Will be next Saturday lunch time. Looking for roughly $5 or more donations. Will possibly have an alternate method of donating if you can't make it. Please try partake in whatever way you can.
