We could high tail it to the underground car park under Indooroopilly bowls, which is quite close.

But this is a 1PM start afternoon meet, very casual, so a few us will be there for a 1PM start, but if you want to wait for any rain to clear, it seems it's just the occasional shower, tomorrow the better forecast will be out.

Sorry I couldn't make it bros, had some unexpected issues arise. Hope to make it out to the next one or the next social event, though!

I was about to ask for a J.P.ed medical certificate, and letter of explanation.

Weather looks promising, thus far only looks like at worst possible drizzle here and there, luckily... the club has invested in a roof for its patrons but not cars, assuming you're not in a cabby with a faulty fuse and the roof stuck down, a mk3 with a broken window reg (and haven't ghetto shut it), or a mk1 with a home installed sunroof.... you should be just fine. If it pours down we can high-tail it down Swann Rd and park underground at Indooroopilly Bowls, both clubs are aware of the meet, if in doubt give them a quick call and they'll know if we've moved, OR POST ON HERE and someone will respond quick smart.

I will be at Toowong for a 1pm start rain, hail (let's face it, probably not hail), or shine. ALL enthusiasts and friends of are welcome, you don't have to have some 1 of 10 Spanish market only car to come.

We are using the club's carpark, so be sure to be respectful (I know the VW crew are a civil bunch), even get a snack, a drink, have a bowl, look around etc. The car park is gravel, so please manoeuvre carefully and it won't be an issue. The super low etc could park in the paved dog park car park next door.

Park in next to the VWs.

If you are thinking of dropping by please comment so we get a rough idea of the interest/numbers

              X marks entrance/carpark...

Haha, ah well thanks for dropping by anyway. Your GTI sounds badass, and manual yeah?
I was going to lower the Vento but thought that it'd be fairly quiet so didn't do the hard parking thing.

Sorry I didn't make it mate. Mid semester on Tuesday and the car still doesn't have a reliable RPM sensor so I didn't want to risk it stopping halfway there haha. Definitely next time!
