Sept 9th. Cruises from twin caltexes , knights stadium and maitland to Raymond terrace. $10 entry goes to SIDS , BBQ etc, show and shine , gonna be lots of Chevy badges , and skylines. Let's get a few dubs to go ??

Due to bad weather at the SIDS and Kids Hunter Region Cruise we decided to not do the raffle.

We are holding a cruise, BBQ and Raffle on Sunday the 9th September 2012 to draw the raffle We will also be having a show and Shine.

For the Show and Shine you can enter your car for $10.00. We will have numerous categories for the cars so every car on the cruise has a chance at winning.

Your car does not need to be a flash show car all cars and bikes are welcome to come on the cruise and to enter the Show and Shine.

Cost: $ Note Donation to cruise and park with us an extra $10.00 to enter your car in the show and shine.

Raffles: We will have $2.00, $5.00 and $10.00 raffles with great prizes

We will have 2 meet up locations:

Twin Servos North Bound: Meet at 9:30am for a 10:30am Departure

Hunter Stadium: Meet at 9:00am for a 10:00am Departure

We will have the goodie bags and SIDS and Kids cruise for charity 2012 stickers for sale and we will have a BBQ for $2.50 per sandwich.

We will confirm more ASAP.

I'm going bush - doing some exploring down around Tumut/Adelong for property for a family member.

When I get back Newcastle will seem a thriving metropolis.

I lived on the inner west and lower north shore of Sydney for 6 years - Chippendale, Newtown, Neutral Bay, Mosman.

It ain't all it is cracked up to be.

I'm in Cooks Hill now and have everything that I used in those areas without having to battle for 20 minutes in traffic to travel the 4kms to the shops.

Walked down to a street festival on Saturday night. Bought some cool t-shirts, had some Paella and checked out a few bits and pieces.

Maybe I'm older now, but having easy access to ****e nightclubs doesn't appeal much any more.

yeh its a pretty nice place here, good beaches, hunter valley, close enough to sydney if you need to go,plenty of good coffee and places to eat, and some nice waterfront pubs ( more my scene) i do like it here.
