QLD Massive Euro Cruise 22nd Sept 2012

Few of us are brainstorming a Saturday cruise soon. As the title said, it will be Euro Cars only.
Date we are currently looking are
1)22nd Sep
2)06th Oct
3)13rd Oct.
Routes:
1) mt nebo -> Somerset Dam (Photos) -> Kilcoy (Lunch) -> Mt Mee -> Dayboro ->Strathpine Shopping center (Finish)
2) Mt Nebo/Glorious -> Somerset Dam (Photos)-> Kilcoy (Lunch) -> Woodford -> Mt Mee -> Mt Samson -> finishing in Samford.
3) Nerang ->Numinbah valley -> Chillingham (NSW) -> Tyalgum -> Murwillumbah -> Currumbin valley -> Coolangatta (Finish)

Let me know some idea. As I mention, welcome to pass the message around but keep it as Euro car only and do not bring anyone that will do stupid things as there will be Police in the cruise

Rules:
Everyone please behave yourself, we are all grown up adults. This is a "social cruise" with little fast speed, if you are looking for Initial D Style mountain run, please organise one yourself.
When we are up on the twisties, please DO NOT overtake others because it's a very dangerous action.
As the topic said, Euro Cars ONLY! Ford (Beside XR5) & Holden do not classified as Euro.

Bring:
- Full Tank of Petrol, We will be covering around 260km for the day.
- UHF, if you got one
- GPS, incase you got lost
- Lunch money from parents, we will be having lunch at "Stanley Hotel at Mary Street, Kilcoy". They start serving lunch from 12noon to 2pm.

Others:
At this stage, I worked out there will be 1 photo shot spot which is at The spit - Lake Somerset. I will do another drive to the route next weekend to work out if there is a nice spot for photos.
If anyone want to maybe help lead group if too many car, pm me. I am try to get it as organise as I can so no one get lost
Anyone who is going on this date with this route, please leave a word on here so I can let the lunch place know how many people we looking.

Yeah I was thinking when we were at H.P. on Saturday that we should have all gone for a Nebo run. I'm in. 22nd of September sounds good for something soon, but all those dates are suitable.

Sorry but I know this is a week before Happy Lap but how's 22nd Sep sound to all of you? This is only "suppose" to be a social Saturday cruise and lunch so I wouldnt think there will be too much wears and tears from the car. Those other two days, we got people crash on other things, plus my birthday is on 12Oct and I am leaving australia for 3 weeks from 15Oct. I probably need time to pack and I will think I will be still too drunk to drive on 13Oct.

No to Facebook it at this stage as I (We) do not want random P-plater with their chromed wheels Lancer or Corolla show up at meeting point and do a burnout.

Make sure to have a little highway section in there so it's not all crazy twisties the whole way

Sounds like a great idea, just one small thing, numbers will be a problem when doing twisty roads, if you get 20 - 30 or even 50 cars it will just be out of control.
