Queensland Raceway Happy Laps (v.7) 28-07-12 Breakfast
Out of context that could be taken any number of ways! Haha.
By the way, is anyone planning on bringing out a laptop with their VCDS? I swapped the halogen lamps from my fog lights over for LED versions and, as I expected, it comes up with a fault on the MFD which I would like to reset. If not, no big deal. Although I do have some spare LED lamps for foggies which I am happy to give to the operator of said VCDS as an enticement... lol
Your MKVI wouldn't happen to be a white one with detroits and a "downshift" sticker on the front windscreen would it? If so, I think I saw you at Chermside last night, we parked at the same time near Nando's.

Please be aware that this is a Happy Laps event only - the theory is that it is road speeds on the track, although most participants drive at speeds higher than 100km/hr. It is not a race, timed event or any form of competition. While everyone is generally free to drive at their own pace, anti-social or unsafe driving techniques will be monitored by QR staff and may cause the whole group to be removed from the track. There is another recent thread seeking interest for sprint events, which is for people more interested in pushing a bit harder. Please read the first post in this thread which outlines some of the rules of Happy Laps.

I haven't sorted out an official date yet (Will be in mid-August) but i will be putting up Version 8 just before V7 happens otherwise we get a whole bunch of people who miss out.
Have a front wheel bearing to change now so after that, I'll be going again!
Good on you mate - you will have to let me know how it goes! What size anti role bar and torsion bars are you running? The rear is the next on my shopping list - I need to kill the understeering so solid rear mounts and a 28.5mm ARB are needed.
