Sorry for any confusions. What i meant it Monday the 25th is all ready booked for a corporate event so it will have to be either the 18th or the 26th. Please get back asap as i would like to get this booked soonish.

Maybe narrow it down to 2 or 3 dates, and do a poll - go with the majority

mate you should just set the date now, people have enough notice and if they can't make it its their problem. You will never be able to accomodate everyone
