3 Hours to fill the list, that has to be a new record
Having said that we had 9 people on the reserve list last time nad all 9 managed to get a transfer to the main list so we expect a few drop outs.
Lotus club shouldn't have a track weekend planned so hopefully we get more than 1.
Maybe for future plannning we should book 2 in advance or try to lock one in every 3rd weekend of the month.
Weekly mate It's not like you have a paying day job you're committed to so you'll have plenty of time to organise these events for free.
I think that we need to work out some way to repay the appreciation and time it takes to coordinate these events.

I don't mind organising it, since i have done it the last 3 times it's basically just keeping on top of hte list and trying to find new ways to keep it interesting (lotus club invites etc)
Also it is nice to have a distraction at work haha.
I think once a month would be good if we can swing it becasue we also have the golf.net/watercooled catch up organised by Tarmac/Frazza.
