There are a lot of VW events on at the moment. There are bugger all free weekends.
28th October Combined Club Veedub and Flat Four cruise and show to Bowral
4th November VW Show at Miller
18th November Dyno day
25th November Melbourne show.
Then we are into the christmas period.
It has to be the 11th, the 18th or not till January.
Admin have discussed it together and with other members at Boris`s picnic and we agreed early November.
Steve, if you want to promote a gtg that is basically a sales pitch, thats fine. It is of interest to a limited number of people and they are all aware of it.
Please dont clutter this thread / hijack this event. You have been responsible for many red herring cruises that have not happenned. Usually there is too much debate entered into over dates and destination, so nothing happens.
Any further comments from you that dont relate in a positive way to this cruise, please direct via pm, or they will be deleted.
Wollongong is about the right distance for a cruise, easy to get home from and has facilities whilst we are there. I dont think many people had an issue with the venue last year.
A good plan of the route and an itinerary needs to happen and then we are set.
Also surely you student types can have half a day off revision to have a day at the beach. If you dont know it by the night before, you never will.
I reckon I can speak for another 5 - 10 cars of folk that will come.
See you all there.
