Great to hear lots of people coming. Should be a great day. Last year Tampered ran a pretty relaxed day so I hope this year is too.

Great to hear about a potential VWMA write up. I'll bring my camera along but will be out on the track.

Still have heaps to do to the car.

@greg- I will spectate the vssc at Sandown. I want to take pics for my blog.

I'm considering only doing a couple of sessions at Sandown (just to get some points to defend my series class placing) and then coming up for Winton 'cos it's gonna be another awesome VW meet.

So who is gonna stay in Benella on the Sunday night before the races?
I saw there is a Test n Tune day on at Heathcote, so I might be leaving Geelong earlier on Sunday and swing past Heathcote drags to scratch my itch. Need to smell some rubber and Avgas!!!!! (Petrol head 4 life).
Could be fun if you guys want to come up earlier and we can rendevouz @ Heathcote.

I won't be there, however if you're also in the mood for a spirited drive in the twisties then you might want to check out the run from Whitlands to Mansfield through the King Valley. Quiet road with great turns and views.

Then of course you could either go back towards the Hume or stick to the mostly 100kph roads going down through Alexendra + Healesville. http://goo.gl/maps/yOMF (The estimated travel time is also very over-estimated depending on how you drive).

I'm interested Tommie- but I will want to watch Round 3 of the VSCC at Sandown on the Sunday. Ideally I would like to driven up late Sunday arvo- arriving Sunday night as it is a lot easier and a lot less tiring than driving up on the day. Shoot me through a PM if you are going to stay up in Benalla.
