      Hey Guys,

Had an awesome time today and yesterday cruising, seeing some nice rides and meeting some new peoples!
Was good to use the car for what it was intended for once, rather than just sitting in traffic daily..
Took some nice pics of some pretty rides including some amazing beetles today, feeling too lazy now to upload anything tho. Im sure everyone probably has the same photos anyway??
Look forward to attending some more events and catching up with everyone again some time soon.

      Alex - Blue R32

Alex, I never got tired hearing your car blat out of corners, roundabouts and from standstill starts after our many U turns (All planned of course)

            +1

great to meet you alex, and also great to have a yarn at DOVW itself. and honestly, i dont care how much time passes, i dont think ANYONE will actually be capable of getting tired of hearing that R32 engine on full song. SUCH a rad sound.

thanks for the info about the DSG flash too! good to note for the future, especially as my old man's thinking about getting a DSG car sometime soon (be it from VW or skoda).

Sat night BBQ was a highlight for me!
Such an awesome setup in that workshop. Hopefully after a few years and many thousands of dollars I can have something similar

Hey guys DOVW was a great opportunity to see some of your rides up close and put some faces to names, got a few ideas and an even longer wish list, should have brought the MK3 in but didn't think it worthy, next time, might need to start a thread for the Maroondah dam drive as I am keen to tag along for a drive.
                    1995 Mk3 5dr 2.0 - Stock but working on it - Previously 1977 MK1 - Still the best car I ever owned

there is already a thread for the maroondah dam cruise, lol.

just put your name down in that thread so that josh and tim can get a good idea of numbers.
