Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

      Woahh, alot of peeps living in Altona !! Im from Sunshine, and hed down to altona heaps now thanks to the good weather, cops arnt friendly though, esp in williamstown (watch out for a green ve wagon, he's a complete authority abuser lol)

      But yeah, im down for a meet at altona beach

      Killingwithasmile, didnt know you lived that close to me !?! I've only seen your car once, and that was at hp dude haha

        anyone got a date in mind? mid November maybe before the xmas parties start? Ill pick a date and say 18th which is a Friday say 6pm?

        Been thinking of locations to meet. shall we try for the carpark on pier st closest to the water?

            I dont get around much.. drive to work and back in port melb and thats about it.. got tailed by someone in an orange focus who said they confused my car for yours at the lights..

                  Hahahaha, yeah my friend told me, he said he was slightly embarrased Perhaps we can do a shoot sometime?

                  As for the weekday meet, i have exams as of next week fellas, so i'll be busy for the next 3 weeks unfortunately

                        Sunday afternoon sounds ok. I just can't do late afternoon cus I head to my parents for dinner.

                                from Deer Park, work in Docklands and mainly hang out in the s.east - don't see many water-cooled cars in the area though!
