30mins going around in circles is enough, so while it may start with lots of people, give it 15-20mins and people may have had sufficient time circulating (can only hope )
Track Car: 06 Polo GTI Red Devil mkII
      Daily: 2010 VW Jetta Highline
Gone but not forgotten: 08 Polo GTI

Are they running 2 groups? If not, everyone will be out at the same time. After all, thats the main reason we are there. Doesnt matter too much anyway as we arent allowed to go flat out, hence happy laps. As long as nanna's pull off to let people pass.

Just 1 group as far as I am aware but i believe people will have slow laps and time off to re-compose themselves etc.

            • There wont be anything but slow laps in my little 1.8 putting down a massive like 60kw! haha. Was hoping to have the vr6 swapped in by this but it wont be. Will probably even be on stock suspension still. Those limited speeds will probably be all the little grandma spec thing would want to do anyway.

Very keen though, should be fun.

                No worries mate.
I see this as more of a fun break out on a track where we can drive at 7/10's and not have to worry about speed cameras and all that jazz while enjoying some speed.

If anyone wants anthing more than that (or less cars) then they will have to organise a track day.

                  • That's exactly how I see it too, should be perfect.

One thing I meant to ask... Do you need to have a certain type of drivers license or be of a certain age or anything? Would hate to drive all the way down to realise I wasn't allowed on because I'm only 18 and on green p-plates...

I cant directly answer that but i couldnt see it being a problem. We are racing each other and passing like idoits, its a private event. But its a good thing you asked. Im cure Team-V will answer.

I don't think it will be a problem but i will clarify for you as soon as I can.

I have been advised that there are no restrictions for P Plate drivers so we are all good!
