The main reason i am organising it is to get everyone an introduction to driving on the circuit and to see how their cars were built to perform without having to worry about pesky speed limits and police.

Technically yes, however as was pointed out earlier you would be hard pressed to go any faster than that comfortably around lakeside anyway

QR have advised that children 12 and under are at a discounted rate of $10 however they don't count towards the 30 person total.
