Clay, I had a tooth filled yesterday that hasn't done the job, am having it extracted tomorrow. So will have to bail as I don't recover well from dental.

Hi Guys, more bad news we will have to drop out too, so sorry, really don't like letting you down.
We are building the new double garage/showroom slab went down a week ago, all good, bobcat finally turned up on Wednesday just as the heavy rain arrived.
Got a look this morning, omg, mud mess!!! not happy, we have so much to do the now before next Wednesday when the garage is being delivered. far out didn't need this
Hope you can get someone to replace us.

Parking on the outer side of the track on the right of the entrance road sounds good.
