Polo is great. So comfy. Stereo is great. Fun little engine. Love the little blow off sounds it has when you change gears. Looks the part with sport pack too. She's a keeper. Plans are lowered on my bbs with a tune. , cold air intake , exhaust , forge blow off valve. Might get a tuning box chip so I don't **** with warranty.

Just wondering if anyone has installed an xforce tbe on a golf r in the Newcastle region or near Newcastle that I can have a look at for sound. Thinking of buying one. Have only heard of the sound on YouTube and just wanting to hear it first hand. If anyone has one installed or know of someone who would be ok for me that would be great

i had an x force on my xr6t, and it was a very dull sound, ( even for an xr6t lol ), i think youd be better off with a better quality system.

If it sounds dull on a xr6 what hope do I have on a little 2L. The reason I was thinking of xforce was because I could get one for $1700 installed. That frees up more money to do other things, ideally I would want milltek tbe but its almost twice the price. I guess u get Wat u r willing to pay for any suggestions on exhaust choices guys?

I had an XForce turbo back exhaust on my old 200sx and it sounded great, great quality and it was about $1600-1700 for the full turbo back. The only issue was that i had to get the rear muffler extended (exhaust shop added about 10-15cm of additional pipe) for it to be long enough to fit the car.

Im not a huge fan of the look of the XForce exhaust for the Golf through. You might want to check out SPM which you can buy through DubAddiction. They make some nice gear and its well priced. Or, as mentioned above, look into a custom system. The guy at Premier Exhausts at Sandgate is good and does stainless mandrel bent exhausts.

Also FYI - the cat back on the Golf R's is really only for sound, you don't need it for power. If your chasing power, then a dump pipe is what you need. The dump pipe also gives some more sound when you've got your foot down - otherwise its pretty much same as stock.
