  • Charity Run Nsw In Here

OK everyone, on the fantastic idea of POLOGTI, looks like the call to cruise for charity is sweeping this forum and alot of hands have gone up!

This is the NSW sector, here there will be a POLL with choices of destination of where to go.
    • Parts of the cruise that will be set is October 28th, this is a Sunday everyone. Gives us 2 months to plan this to a tee!!!

    • Time will be a 9:30am from a meeting area to the final destination.

As for places well I have roughly thought of a few places and with the help of a few members.
    • Down South towards
Kiama - there is a fair bit of parking and you can cruise round the blow hole and stuff for some good pics.
    • Jervis Bay - tonnes of places to go and is absolutely beautiful, but may be a bit far down for you us sydney guys.
    • Or there is the chance of the Highlands
    • Or up North towards the Entrance there is a National Park which is Wyrrabalong National Park

Completely up to you guys, HOWEVER the POLL will sit up for 2 weeks so that everyone can decide and or late comers as well!

    Kiama - Down South

    Southern Highlands - Down South

    The poll is expired.

When you say Highlands, you mean Southern Highlands right?

I have voted for Kiama, but the Southern Highlands would be good too. A nice local pub for lunch

If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.

Would there be a chance to travel interstate? I had the idea in the previous thread that it would be (in moderation) a nation-wide meet.
      Past: Mk3 Golf 2L 8V, Audi 8L A3T.
      Present: Mk3 Golf variant.

That would be great, but very hard to sort out with families and all. I think for it to be very successful a number of local events would be best.

Don't forget we are putting ours a bit early then the others before the exams start for the Uni students

I also agree with Matt a local event and there is a greater chance of getting people to come!

Also with DOVW in mid November I ain't travelling twice to Melbourne with in couple of weeks of eachother.

x2. Though I don't have the slightest idea what would be a nice drive. I loved the Blue Mountains cruise last month though.

I have narrowed it down to 4 choices for everyone, I thought something of a good drive down south and and also a nice if not scenic drive up north!

Unfortunately ive got my uni exams the week after so i might have to give this one a miss or at least a maybe until i see how my workload is further down. Entrance is nice with beaches, shops down there too but parking for a group would be hard???

I will make this, depending on the dates of the cruise as my tax exam is on early December.

                          The more people the merrier!
