Okay I know it's early, but want to make sure all is organized for the trip.
We will be traveling down in a convoy, like last year,great fun, so it will be good to get numbers also quite a few of us will be staying at the same hotel as last year, it was excellent:-
Mercure Sydney Parramatta Hotel > Parramatta Accommodation
provided very secure undercover carpark, huge rooms, great service and very close to venue.
I have contacted them and depending on Numbers as to the deal we will get, we paid $130per night last year their normal rate per dble room is $169, includes parking.
Hence i will need numbers to get the best deal. we stayed two nights Sat & Sun.
It would be good to get in early as most good hotels get booked out at that time, so please let me know who wants a room. asap.
We will leave Friday early, we stayed overnight in cabin in Newcastle that way avoiding Sydney peak Hour traffic, then carried on Saturday morning to hotel.
For those that want to drive through in one hit I can organise either extra night or just Fri & Sat night, will try to get us all on same floor of hotel if possible.

BOOKED- Managed to Book 4 Delux Cabins, 2 bedroom sleep 4( + 2on sofa if needed) discounted price for 4 people is $115 incl per Night, at Karuah jetty ( $28.75 per person per night) Two people per bedroom.

4 CABINS booked all have parking, if you look on map we have cabins 6,7, 9(spa) & 10 or 11, near Jetty.

SYDNEY
9 rooms temporarily booked at $159 per night per room, can be canceled up to 24hrs before, or $152 if paid upfront, no cancellation allowed. Sorry I couldn't get it cheaper, the manager has changed from last year have tried all other hotels,Ridges etc, can't guarantee secure undercover car, plus extra charges for parking where as Mercure is definite and inclusive.
Thanks, so looking forward to this trip, BBQ cruise Saturday night sounds great, will wait for more details.

Sadly a few people have had to drop out, we will miss you guys.
I still have rooms available at the Mercure for any one that would like to join us, also Cabins, please pm me asap.
IMPORTANT
Any rooms at the Mercure, not prepaid or email transferred by the 4th of June will be canceled, as they are in my name and I will be charged if either of the above is not done. thanks
P.S. Don't forget Pre- entry for Show & Shine closes Friday 13th May 2011.
