Qld -12th Sept-VWD ACTION Day meet - Wynnum- Reminder

Only two weeks till the meet at Wynnum.
Hope we get a good turn out of watercooled, we will be taking HAH44 and hopefully the Mini models, should look awesome, looking forward to it

I'm really looking forward to this too. Not that my car's anything that special, but the amount of money we spend on them, it'll be nice to get them admired by someone...

And I'll be putting my new wheels on just for the event.

Woww I clearly need to come on here more often! I'd love to come, all depends on my state of mind as I've got a friend's 21st the night before and I don't really feel confident driving the day after I drink

Ps. If someone's happy to drive me, I'd be more than appreciative.

Thanks for the offer Unfortunately the party's here in the City and as it turns out, I have to work the next day (LOVE working with the family). Looks like I'll have to sit this one out

Just as VR6Pitcrew mentioned will be good to see some watercooled stuff there as it will be primarily Air cooled, weather forecast is looking good and its not a bad spot. Ill be heading there for a couple of hours in the morning

Just to confirm entries must be there by 9.30am this Sunday, should be a good day, weather supposed to be excellent, come on guys lets get a good watercooled turn out, we shall be there with HAH44 and two awesome little surprises, but you have to go to see them.!!!

Great Show

I popped in to have a look and it was a great turn out. Mainly Kombi's (some absolute beauties) and Beetles. A few Golf's on show and a really nice Mk 1 (I think it was the only Mk 1 there). There was also a girl who arrived later in a smart greyish? Golf in really good shape.

Good weather too and a credit to all the VW enthusiasts.
