Directions and Route Plan

So folks I have the following two links to the directions. The first link will take you to a zoomed in map of the route out of the city and onto Great Eastern Hwy, and the second link will take you to a zoomed in map of Northam coming off Great Eastern Hwy and to the park where the day is being held. Both links also have the directions to get there. Estimated travel time is approximately 1h21m with a distance of 101km.

I know it isn't the most fancy of routes but it will get us there and there is plenty of open road to be *responsible* on.

I would recommend someone (or many people) bring a basic kit like jumper leads and such. I have a basic emergency first aid kit which I can take along and am also trained in advanced first aid (albeit a long time ago I can still do the basics). Remember to fuel cars up prior to arriving at Kings Park and to check tyre pressures, etc.

In the event that I can't make it (ie my mum's flight gets in late) then have fun, otherwise I will see you there around 9.30am for a 10am SHARP departure.

Yeah we are.. I just put Kings Park in as a generic start point. Apologies if this caused any confusion.

Glad someone else noticed the map point wasn't right, didn't get a chance to reply yesterday. Thanks for doing that Pete. Are we going straight up the highway or have you picked some other roads? Suggest printing a map / route plan if you have to hand out on Sunday.

We might get a few from OzAudi if they don't end up doing their own thing, and vwgolf.net.au are meeting at Parliament Place around the same time as us.
