yeah its a great little track, and unlike most skidpans you cant go the wrong way (which is an issue for me!)

So where is the usual place in kings park? helix tower? works for me for sure, im gonna bring some beers and some snacks (dips etc) if anyone has a fold up table they could bring it would be great, Wade made mention of watching the German Grand Prix afterwards, i will happily sacrifice my place for the evening to people interested.

Shall we say Helix tower at 8am, if anyone needs a lift please feel free to contact me and we can sort it out. Gonna take the mk1 cause the .:R wont want to make it this year, so you have to be comfortable in a tin can.

Kiel! Two meets a year, surely you can make it

Will be cleaning like a mofo on Saturday, let me know if you need help! Our cars are so small and our numbers thin (especially the Pogo) - was a great drive down there last time, don't miss it

Should be there... well I hope so. Can we go along without registering our vehicles? Ie... I will give it a wash and all before I go up but don't really have a desire to show it off.

"Can we go along without registering our vehicles?"

Good question, as i never have managed to make it to german car day before i have no idea, i'm sure however that someone who does know will chime in.

For those that have been asking, German Car Day does not require you to register or enter your dub in order to be part of the day. You simply rock up, pay the entry fee then go park it with your fellow vdubbers. You can leave the bonnet & doors shut if you want. There is no pressure or desire for anybody to show unless they want to.

This is a very casual car day, it is not a high-end show like autosalon or the like. It's simply german car enthusiasts getting together and perving at each others metal for the day
