Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Not everyone can make it to a track day especially ones that are on a Friday.

Don't be discouraged a few people are running at the nationals track day so might not be able to come to yours also, including myself.

Next one you do I reckon I will make it.

Have updated the first post guys & gals with up-to-date information in regards to costs etc.

Have 4 places currently available (Which if we fill, will decrease the over all costs for the day) so if you're keen to get out on the track please make yourself know

Everyone has now paid up (Cheers!)

If you are an experienced track goer & are keen / able to attend, please get in contact with me as we maybe able to slot you in in the top group/s... Mind you, that will still only mean 8 cars on the track at anyone time Safety has always been a key factor in my planning (IE - Keeping groups fairly small) but can make an exception for those who really know what they're doing & are truly familiar with the track environment

For those attending as a driver or a spectator, if you haven't already done so, please insure you read the first post for all the details of the day.

Let's get pumped guys & gals

I've been looking forward to this for too long...

Nice list of cars, it will be interesting to see how they go...

Seems to be a few Liberties coming along again this year, few more Mitsu's too.

What is the Sirocco coming Loon? From memory you had a late 80's one?

I think it will be a very enjoyable day, even when not behind the wheel! Lots of different cars coming this year which is fantastic.

Well, I was a pretty active Liberty guy... & now I'm a pretty active EVO guy But I've still got the old faithful Caddy TDI

Can't wait to see the Sirocco on the track. Saw it at VW Nationals & got very excited
