Hmm ok, I'll see what my co-pilots think. I'm not really a night person but we'll see what happens.

Oh and yeah, this time we'll set up a definite meeting spot and STICK BY IT. That was the most unorganised cruise ever.

Yea aye worst ever. Maybe a theme park carpark (pending on which side of goldy everyone is at)x
my car is going back to panel shop in couple weeks for touch ups etc.I'll pick it up day before we leave. Gonna set the coilovers high so don't scrape on the way. I would hate for my front or rear to get chipped or broke

i am pretty easy if its late Thursday night or early Friday morning... perhaps we should have a list of ppl driving down confirm and then work out times... i am thinking it will take us approx. 10-11 hours pending the groups driving speeds... if we leave at around 4ish we will be there mid afternoon... i am not to worried about traffic etc as most are staying western suburbs and we will around the top...

        Cars confirmed are...

        1 Me
        2. Maca plus passengers I believe (Auscare)
        3. DUB84
        4. Perhaps VR6 pitcrew
        5. ??? Guy H?? are you heading down on Thursday so you get 2 days at superlap???
        6. Coastie? are you being a passenger?
        7. Madglf3...?

If we drive by night then I'd still need to sleep at some point the next day, so not really practical. As much as I can stay up late, I'd still crash soon after. I'd prefer a very early friday leave, means a little bit of sleep and can drive during light mostly.

Yeah I was thinking about this today. I'll also need to sleep so we might as well sleep at night and use the time we would be sleeping during the day to drive there.

Well I was thinking 4.30-5ish? We can either take the New England or Pacific, I don't know which is better but the Pacific's a little faster. I guess traffic's a big issue and I don't really know which one is better..

If we left at 5ish at Chinderah, we would get into Sydney at about 3ish without any stops which isnt smart... the is the start of peak really...

My thoughts would be leave at like 3-4 in the morning (yes i know stupid early) and get some good KMs to say Coffs or even Port for some breakfast which is about 5ish hours away (to Port)... we could get breakfast and break and be there at like 8-9 in the morning.... That takes a big chuck out and is doable... still plenty of time for sleep prior and gets is breaks throughout the day...

I should be close to being able to make it to Port without a stop for Fuel as its approx. 450km LOL... you smokers will be fine for fuel unti like Syndey..
