Dyno day

My T42 Thinkpad screen decided to have a crapper on me so ive quickly dumped VCDS onto my wifes laptop, so wont have any unitronics stuff going on but at least VCDS for any lights and haldex stuff.

Although, fairly disappointing day for me. I think heat may have been the culprit, but I was down 4.5psi on my normal peak boost, and overall result was 149.XXhp (~111kw) *shrugs*

Yea good turnout, cheers for organising it all Jimmy. A lot of the cars got affected by heat soak, way worse than what I thought it was too, but oh well it was really hot today.

Final result for me was 102.5hp at the fronts.

Most of the polo's following you got pretty much the same result (except for mine was lower... hmm)

Dont be too dissapointed the dyno was reading a bit low. I was stoked with my T4, its pulling the same figures quoted from new!!!! Sorry i didnt get a chance to chat much today , was trying to make it as smooth as poss, and that it was. My father in law did an awesome job as chef , and it was so good to see HAH44 go an the rollers, clean, crisp and strong. Chris would have been stoked. Thanks to EFI for that special treat, im sure you will agree they are a great bunch of guys and very good at what they do. VERY happy with the turn out and thanks guys for being a great bunch , easy going , enthusiastic and game for a laugh too. Some interesting figures today. I extremely happy with a few of the cars ive had dealings with but would take all day to write up here, im sure they will chime in with their thoughts.

Yep could see you were run off your feet. I'm not particularly worried about the result, was fairly close to the other cars anyway. At least it was nice and consistent. I have to admit, a short drive in Anthony's car has given me a few ideas though

Anthonys car has inspired a few folks mate, there is one in particular but wont name at the moment, itll be running stage 2 Superchips. On that i was very happy with Lanas Polo with the superchips stage 1 flash and all stock , VERY nice.
Fun times ahead.

Thanks so much to Jimmy and the guys that help run the day, was fantastic hanging out there anticipating everyone's readouts.

Was great to see Chris' car on there, he would've been blown away by the figure. Sounded great, too!

Max power was 128.2fwHP, quite happy with the result
