I can't answer if Townsville is still going, sorry but from my experience over the last 12m or so there are some cool VW folk in Townsville. Many more than Cairns, that's #secretsquirrel. Have been looking for an MK5 or the right MK6, as a good wrecking car. I have a VW Jetta MK5 and he needs a bit of love to bring back to his former glory. Mechanically, awesome car so he's a keeper and far superior to anything I could replace him with.

Is there a VW wrecker or best wrecker to have VW spares, in Townsville? Who do you recommend? I plan on heading down for a couple of days to gather parts etc. Any info I'd appreciate folks, thanks in advance. [emoji120]
