Mate Probably be on for a 9AM start at Dayboro, with maybe 10 min each way giving the late risers a chance to catch up with us. I dont know how long it takes to get over Mt Mee, I think its about 45min on a slow drive. But yeah mate, we can catch up with you out at woodford if that's better for you, not much point in doubling back all the time.Originally posted by coastie View PostI will be up for the drive on the 23rd. I may meet you at Woodford rather than Dayboro, what time do you think it will start out at Dayboro?Coxy

When heading out of dayborough to mt mee, take the first stretch to the twisties easy (till bottom of the hill), I've seen cops sitting in the flatter sections with radars. Never thought I'd say this, but a camry probably saved me an expensive morning not long back.
Once in the hills than she's all smiles.
There's also a very nice section down the hill after the look out, resurfaced, nice camber. It's worth doing more than once

Alright then, Seems to be the general idea is we are happy for the 23rd. I have been trying and trying Waterboy and he doesnt pick up, seems he left his phone at someones house. So anyway, might be a general run. I will be at Dayboro about 9ish. I will be on the corner of Mt mee Road and Petrie Dayboro rd. I know Jason is meeting me there and coastie somewhere along the track around woodford, Who else is coming along for the drive? And where do you want to meet up?Originally posted by mikepologti View Postyeah mate the 23rd, next few weeks im booked out for all sorts of fun stuff.Coxy

Yeah I know all of their hiding spots, thanks for the heads up though. When I first started riding the mountain, I almost got done from a man in blue hiding in the tree's before you even hit the twisties. But I know to keep it fairly sudate untill ur in the mountains. Although I was up there three weeks ago, and there was a van hiding on a set of corners near the winery up about 15 or so km's Dayboro side. Scared the crap out of me, it was green and blended in very nicely. I was lucky because I came around the corners at 70 because I saw the winery there and wanted to stop....Mongrels are being very sneaky atm....eg the golf that pulled me up for a rbt after he tried to drag me off from a set of lights.....i mean c'mon....seriously.....everyone knows I can beat a GTIOriginally posted by seangti View PostWhen heading out of dayborough to mt mee, take the first stretch to the twisties easy (till bottom of the hill), I've seen cops sitting in the flatter sections with radars.
