Dyno Dynamics Dyno's have a Shoot Out mode they commonly use. Where the mainline dyno is a rolling power-run.

Just a common question that has been asked as a lot of people seem to use Mainline in the past few years.

check this link to give you more info http://www.qldstreetscene.com/forums...showtopic=4096

all dyno's give you a ROUGH idea what your car is, never 100% accurate. too many factors we all know this.

I'm in I guess. Would have liked to Flash the DSG before hand, but doubt there's time. Only HPA eliminates kickdown.

Okay i'm new to this forum, but i'll come to this dyno day. Just got my ecu re-mapped with Revo so it'll be interesting to see the difference on paper.

Are you able to switch between the stock program and the Revo tune program? If not, it will be hard to tell how much you've really gained - different dynos give different results, and you can sometimes get different results on the same dyno on different days or just with different operators.

Dynos are great tuning tools, very useful if you can get a baseline and then post-change run on the same day, so you can see the benefit based on the variation, rather than on raw figures.

                          I'm hoping to be there.
                          Nothing to see here...

Put me down as in at this stage. We have nothing planned but I may be overseas for work (hope not though cause this will be a good day).

I'll bring a spectator as well.
                            Cheers,

                            John
