Well the initial deposit they have asked to secure our booking as it's a large group is $300. Hence why i said i can cover it, but if people want to contribute they most certainly can. Incidently on the evening they will have less to pay as they have contributed to the deposit.Originally posted by rayray086 View Post

If everyone is happy with that or they have other suggestions let me know
I will keep you posted on the drinks deal with the restaurant - im sure they will be happy to oblige considering the amount of business we are bringing in - its the least they can do...
