1) BBQ with everyone bringing what they'd like to eat, as numbers are vague. please dont bring a slow roast lamb, beef, chicken, dog, cat, bird, cow, pig, whale, giraff, monkey, lama, croc or otherwise so we can get everyones food done promptly

3) Perhaps even Subway platters?? cold, easy and healthy

I love the BBQ options, but I left my giraffe in my other freezer... darn.

I think the Subway platters will be the best option. If everyone agrees, can you put your names down and I'll get some pricing and options. Also, dietary requirements would be good - eg. carnivore, herbivore, and "I'm neither of the two and have special needs so I'll bring my own food, thanks".

This is looking to be a good turnout. Can't wait for next weekend now.

Don't see why not.... the bigger the better (that's what she said). I think if we are going to get heaps of people, logistically it would be better for people to sort themselves out with food, instead of trying to organise some subway platters and some people missing out/having waaaay too much food. Not enough time to get approximate costings. Drinks is a good idea though if someone can oragnise it! (cogdoc, you said you would)

As long as we are near some food joints, everyone will find something to eat. If you starve, you most probably fail at life and should never reproduce
