Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Final Details for Melb Gathering 24th September

    Hey Guys,
    here are the final details:
    • meet at Albert Park lake at 9:30am on the 24th of September
    • Cruise to the Maroondah Dam and stop for BBQ (lunch). Dont forget to bring your own food!
    • after lunch we cruise to Marysville for a coffee and a chat
    • drive home!

      there will be BBQ facility so you have that option but not you dont have to do a BBQ!

          I have some sad news, due to an annoying family function that was organised rediculously late I cannot bring my smiley face to the cruise, many apologies guys really wanted to catch up with you all.... bloddy family dont they understand??

              Yeah I had to swap shifts as well because I have to go to canberra for the weekend grrr oh well the weather is fining up so maybe next month or a celabratory end of year get together

                        Might have to try and make an effort for the DOVW with a heap of my tassie customers. The white Mk5 GTI is definately going to that one. All depends on when the other GTI drive days are.....

                            Oh Nooo! They're dropping like flies.
                            A friend of mine who's recently joined and bought a VR6 is coming along, along with "the seater" who used to have a Cupra Sport but has down graded(joking) to a mk1 MX5, not sure if he'll bring his mx5.
                            I think we should bring our friends and families if we can. I'm hoping this awesome weather will hold out.
