Hahahahaha...If it all goes ahead for me, I'm thinking about having a BBQ out at my parents place where I am staying at Emu Plains(Near Penrith...Oldies will be in France, but my sister and bro in law will be mooching off them in the house while they are away)...My sister and her hubby may be there, but I will just tie them up out the back and throw them a bone!!

The whole site has to be insured etc and there are organized food sellers. If you want to do that in the carpark, thats probably ok. You wont be able to inside.

This thread is stupid, you are all planning stuff to do around the nationals and how to circumvent the rules of the organizers. You are missing the point that lots of people myself included are giving up their time to organize this show.

You cant be bothered to do anything helpful or creative and yet you will be the first to whinge about how the judging was unfair or the organization was crap.

all profits goes to them to disperse to other charities

so dont begrudge the Rotary club please

There is nothing wrong with planning stuff around the Nats there are people coming from all around Australia and we should make them feel welcomed!

Matt I am more than happy to help I have said that before I even offered myself as a judge last year cause I didn't have a car but you said no.

I'll offer my services again this year, but I can't make it to a ClubVW meeting for various reasons.
