Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.     haha, late notice (not that it matters).

    question guys - would you rather see:

    1) a bruised looking mk1 LS on BBS and low,

    2) or a snazzy looking mk3 TD on speedlines and also low (but not as low as mk1)

    i cant decide which car to bring! any requests?

      im not sure you can go wrong either way...prob 1 as their seems to be a large contingent of mk3's coming already, so you will stand out a great deal more in the 1. That said it does a good job on its own anyway!

            I'll come if you guys don't make fun of the front end damage I have on my beloved....

              The mk1 is not looking to good for the weekend guys, its still out of rego and getting that done this week!

              And that and I want it to look low but thats not goin to happen anytime soon lol!
              I'm soo euro even my missus is shaved...

                  The VR6 has developed a rather irregular temperament, i.e only working when it wants Looks like I'll be bringing the GL...

                                Matt thats not the problem the standard wheels are 13s on it at the moment I just don't have money for rego lol.
