VIC DOVW Sausage Sizzle

Now depending & only depending on the weather I had plan's to bring along alittle camping bbq & throw some food on it of course.

But I woke up this morning I reckon I had a great idea.

Being a year of first's ie

VIC crew going to NSW for the Nat's
NSW, SA & Qld? crew coming to VIC for DOVW

I thought we should have the "1st annual VWWatercooled sausage sizzle".

All proceeds will go to the running of the forum.

Snag's will be $1
Dead Horse will be provided of course.
(only snag's will be available being a sausage sizzle!)

So come down & support the forum that support's you.

Please post up any idea's, number's & how much I should bring ,& yes I will bring along a big "full" gas bottle!

If other people would like to join in with drink's eg. Can's of soft drink, water etc. Please post.

Are you thinking of doing it within the grounds on the day? that may get some food vendors noses out of joint. It might pay to check with organisers?

I can bring some wicket spicy sausages, we use them when the cafe does a sausage sizzle, ppl love it.

Ill chip in a big pack of Cokes and help with the cooking and money collection.
Ill also bring a big esky full of ice to put the drinks in

If they say no, I'll pack up my car & setup in the carpark out the front if I have too!!!!!!

They say no alcohol. Nothing about bbq's!

I know first hand how much effort goes into arranging a DOVW.

What we don't want, as an orginization, is to bite the hand that feeds us. Please get permission first, them, definately, I'm in.

Unfortumatley i beleive its no naked flames, as some people were told off last year...

The people that know me & know how I am, will know that I don't give a flying (you all know what) what they say. If they try & stop me, there will be a problem.

It's not biting the hand that feed's us, cause we're alway's outsider's to the aircooled community & funnily enough I heard someone last year say they don't even want the watercooled people here!!!!!!!!

Jeez real supportive.

Their flyer say's no alcohol & dog's.

Nothing about no bbq's.

If people are offended, don't want to be part of it or don't want the watercooled community to be looked down upon, I'll pull the pin right now.
