Pie in the Sky
1296 Pacific Hwy, Cowan
It's a fantastic pie shop and it's near the national park so the drive should be good


Meet @ Liverpool Krispy Creme at 10am or so for an 11am departure.

The drive to Cowan should be about 1 hour 30, then it's pies, chatting and maybe a spin round the local roads.

On a side note, it's about the same hour and a half from Newcastle if anyone from up that way wants to get a few together to come down and play too

With no interest only a few days out I might call this one off. There is Boris' Picnic day the weekend after and Shannon German Autofest the week after that.

Otherwise the next Sydney even I'm organising will be :

Take the scenic route from Sydney through Jamberoo Mountain

The rest of the event will be listed with Club VW so will most likely get some air cooled peeps along for the fun Looking forward to a few more people coming along

we did it anyway

well it was wet and cold, but Preeny and I met at the truckstop in Berowra and had a 1+1 cruise up the old pacific hyway, through Peats ridge and down to gosford to my place for a bbq lunch and vw gasbag.

had a great cruise, noo-one out on the road and lots of fun. i put an old carbie on the mk1 for the trip since preeny had been a long time out of a mk1, and we swapped cars for much of the run - that caddy is RAPID!!!!! WOOOOT!

There's a few coming up addictions, there's a detailing clinic on saturday 11th oct with a cruise/photoshoot afterwards that I'm organising; the day after that there is a massive VAG cruise for multiple forums and we're going to Morpeth; I think there's also one or two in the prior weeks
