Here is the revised thread for the Sydney Detailing Clinic, 11th October. Information for the day is as follows:
Basically it's going to be first-in best-dressed. We have to cap it at 16 people, and ideally we need 15. So as to get solid numbers, I'd like to ask everyone who is interested to shoot me a PM and I'll send them a reply with bank account details for payment prior to the date - this is so we don't get people dropping out and a crash-out at last minute.

As suppliers of some of the best detailing products in the world, we are also experienced in car detailing, so by popular request we are introducing a new Detailing Clinic for car enthusiasts.
These mornings are designed to give a good basic understanding of how to really care for your car including:
Safe washing and drying, this is usually the time when scratches occur and the most damage is done to the paintwork. Learn which wash shampoos and mitts to use along with professional tips.
Clay bars, these can be a detailers best friend easily removing tree sap, tar, overspray and much more, producing better results than polishing alone and saving you time.
Polishing paintwork, whether by hand or machine this is one of the taboo topics. You will see the do’s and don’ts of safe polishing to achieve results, remove swirls and scratches leaving a glowing finish.
Waxes, sealants, glazes – carnauba, synthetic, paste, liquid, spray; there are hundreds to choose from. You can see the different types and learn what suits you and your car, along with application techniques and cloth choices.
So if you are looking for tips from the pro’s and how to care for your car, this is the first step to achieving better results. There will be practical demonstrations and hands on learning for a small group of just 15 people per clinic and the opportunity to ask any questions as we go.
The clinic finishes at 1pm with lunch and soft drinks and all participants will receive a gift voucher to redeem of any products they choose.
