Meets, we never seem to have enough and half of those that do get organised, don't happen for lots of reasons, one of which is uncertainty. To solve that problem, lets set some dates and destinations now. I have checked the dates and nothing seems to have any major clashes.
The 2nd Sunday of each 2nd month starting in September.

BBQ Beach Fun Day!

Cafe + Beach. There are BBQ and Cafe facilities there, equipment for the kids. Bring some Sunscreen and have some fun.

Drive in Mayhem
Yep, that's a Saturday, I'm looking for a drive in that's still open.
Plan B is to scrounge up a projector a stereo and some beers and end up at ... somewhere. Suggestions of a hall, house or workshop willing to take on some people at little or no cost would be appreciated.

Blue Mountains Escapade!
At about an hour and a half from Sydney, it's a nice drive and you can tyre out the kids/girlfriend on a bush walk if your keen. Otherwise there are plenty of tourists to bother and cafe's to choose from.

Christmas in July
This one has to include booze, I'm debating a drive to nice country pub with roaring fireplace or maybe a Friday/Saturday night at someone's house/ property, of course with a fire to stand around. Again suggestions or offers of your house are welcome.
There are a few events also coming up on Club VW's Calendar I would like to get involved with. There is a "Bowling Challenge" where Club VW plays the Flat 4's club. Lets make it a three way challenge!!
