I (and my family) have owned a number of Citi Golfs .... and I am not convinced on this being fully legit ....

1. That colour was never available on a Citi Golf .... so a total respray.
2. 1984 Citi's was Red, Yellow or Blue (different blue) with lots of white bits .... bumpers & stripes etc
3. 1984 Citi's was 1300 only, 1600's was only available from late 1986 onwards.
4. 1600s has 4 headlights .... GTI style

So may be a Citi .... but not a 1600 and only 4spd manual if 1984 correct.
