Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    What a shame...

    Such a nice car getting wiped out like that... Always made me worry back when i was big into modifying cars because generally you never get the money back you put into them, their a labour of love!

          car is a car guys.. at the end of the day its only money and fun.

          I had a great time with friends, met awesome people whilst having it slash because of it and lots of support and help from many people getting to where it was over the years.

          BUT.. new project, and Vince is all good and not hurt. So thats how it goes

            Main thing is that Vince is not hurt as Pierre said. A car can be fixed to look brand new a human on the other hand is a little different.

              very true my dad is rns with broken back and neck, i wish he smashed his bike up not himself.
