is it possible to fit them still if the centre was bored out? or to much effort? (sorry bout the nooby questions)

yeah for sure, a machinist can bore it out, specs are 57.1 hole as per standard VW wheel fitment would take no more than 5min each wheel to machine out

37.1mm is a seriously tiny hub. What kinda car has that centrebore? Or could it be a typo (pressed wrote 37.1 instead of 67.1)?

                perhaps it's centrebore radius...?

Are you going to bid on them?

If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.

if he confirms that the center bore is 37.1, probably

Edit: was a typo, bore is 67.1 so i guess they are no use to me can't really 'un-bore' them haha

20mm spacers, some 195/40/16s and they will look rad

Lucky they are local aswell mate, save some coin on postage.

Take them down to Extensive Wheel Services on South Road and they can probably help you out with some hub centric rings for a good price. Ive been there a few times now and very reasonable and very good work.
