You should do a bit of research. I can't think of a tune that can be transferred to your car. You might find a flash loader but that would need to be reset, Bluefin is an example.
I have a Powergate SRS3 unit with stock, stage 1 and stage 2 DNA tunes loaded onto it for a scirocco r. Should be able to load right up? You can have it for $600 as is but I can't guarantee it will work unless our cars are exactly the same...?

Just so you are aware, these tunes are only for your car/ECU and you cannot simply sell them to someone else. It doesnt work like that.
You could put your car back to stock, reset the controller and sell the controller - but the tunes then become void.

Most flashes have unique data in them which prevents swapping between cars, at least at OBD flash level. BDM read and flashed stuff is different but more complicated to administer.
There's nothing to be saved by trying to do it cheap. Who will provide your back up if the worst happens?
$40k car, $500 tune. It doesn't make sense even to me as a Yorkshireman.
