  • VIC Mk1 golf engine side mounting plate

    Hey everyone!

So I was just about to ride over to work to use the shop press to press my new engine and transmission mounting blocks to find.......

That I must have ordered a post 76' drivers side (engine side) rubber block. Its way bigger in diameter than the original.

So, does anyone have a later mount that takes this size rubber block or does anyone have the older, smaller rubber block in okay condition they would like to sell?

Usually Id just buy another rubber mounting block online, but Im trying to drop the engine in before next week when work starts! Hence looking for local solutions, can pay express postage etc.

    Cheers!

    Use a s/h gearbox one.
