Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    NSW R Spec tyres (and possibly wheels)

    I'm looking into a set of R Spec tyres for track use. At this point I'm not entirely serious so wouldn't mind saving a few $$ and picking up a second hand set.

    I'm looking at putting them on a stock set of 17's so 225/45R17 is what I'm looking for.

    Plan B is to grab a set that are already on rims in 5x112.

    Anyone have anything they may want to part with?

    If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.

    Monday morning... I assume everyone is back and work, drinking their coffee, trying to pretend it's not the start of another week already and is reading VWWatercooled
