you need TT carriers, discs, longer bolts and a small spacer for the caliper to align with the offset of the disc
If youre upgrading from 280s you will also need some calipers and brake lines. You can use 288mm ones just fine though as they support the 25mm disc width
you might note I linked callipers and carriers, the hard to get bits. I'd get the rotors and pads from QFM or something...
freight might be expensive, but have you priced hardware from a dealer? if it costs you $300 to ship, that could still be WELL under the cost of those parts locally (plus VW Aust never seem to have anything I need in the country).
