Yes, anything to do with the roof is pricey, If you blow the seals on your hydraulic rams they are still available from VW only $1000.00 each.

The pump was only sold as a complete item. I'm sure someone must have a broken one lying around you could use for parts.

Mate, buy a bottle of the plastic guttering stuff they sell at a plumbing shop for melting upvc guttering together.
It has a blue lid and basically coats plastic and attaches plastic together.
Ends up solid and strong (and blue)
I have used it to repair loads of plastic things and it is the grouse.

Or call me and I know a bloke at Blacktown wrecking a couple of cabrios

Cheers Loon. Was gonna try and glue it somehow, but didn't think it would take the pressure.
I'll give the blue stuff a go and if it explodes will give you a bell haha.
