NSW Golf MK2 parts

I still have a lot of mechanical parts from my wrecked MK2. Most of the trim pieces are gone but let me know what you're after and I'll see if I still have it.

Here's what I know I still have.

Seats, front and rear in good condition $300
256mm front brakes - disks, calipers, hubs $150
Rear disk brakes $100
Brake booster, standard MK2 $80
Doors (no interior trim but windows and mechanism still there except for drivers door) $60 each
Rear bumper $130
Steering wheel $80
Steering rack $80
Gearshift + mechanism $80
Dashboard including axe marks where the policeman "disabled" my steering lock after the accident. Not sure what you can do with it but it was in great condition before the axeing. No instrument cluster. $60

Ok cool Braidwood. I'm after rear door seals, I could be interested in the dash but need a few more photos, it's only the plastic that surrounds the cluster and stereo piece I need. I'm also after the passenger front plastic piece that holds down the carpet on the sill, parcel tray, i think passenger front seat belt, external window scrapers. Let me know if you can help or will post

Plastic arches are gone.

Rear bumper is straight but needs respraying so I'll knock it down to $100

Is the drivers seat height adjustable?
Also, what condition / material / pattern are they?

I think they are but I'll check to see if they are height adjustable.

Condition is good. The drivers isn't even torn but the stitching is just starting to come undone on the right side bolster. Needs 5 minutes with a needle and thread.

The back of the seat base moves up/down. The front is fixed.

Wouldn't be suitable for you anyway, they don't tilt forward so wouldn't suit a 2 door cabby.

Yes, the lowering of the rear of the seat is the only 'height adjustment' that is available on Mk1/2's...

Also, I should be able to use the cabby leaning on the GTI bases, so it would work...
However, my leaning has a tendency to go into 'homie' mode all on it's own...

I'll have a think about it and let you know...

Looks like it might've been mashed but do you have the power steering pump pulley?
