Do you know if this will fit a MK5 GTI? There is not much difference between them but i'm not certain.

You can see a pic of the intake installed in another members car (unable to upload as at work). Based on the Tarmac Engineering website the GTI version does not have the pipe connected at top left, but bes bet is to speak to Ben at Tarmac Engineering.

Yes the intake will fit a MK5 GTI but you will need to block off the DV return port. The Golf R uses a different DV return port to the MK5 GTI.
So the intake itself will fit fine but you will need a 20mm approx diameter plug to block off the DV return hole.Comment
